To obtain the knowledge, skill and aeronautical experience necessary to meet Federal Aviation Administration  Certification Standards of Part 61.

COMPLETION STANDARDS: In order to qualify for a Private Helicopter Pilot Certificate, the student pilot must demonstrate through  practical examination, that he/ she meets the knowledge, skill, and experience requirements specified in FAR Part 61 of the Federal Regulations.
